Heritage Springs development lots are available on Games Lake. In the heart of biking, hiking and snowmobile trails, and just near Sibley State Park.

What types of lots are available?
Essentially, there are three lot types available in Heritage Springs: Traditional Lake Lots, Off-Shore Lots with a deeded boat slip, and Off-Shore lots that will have access to the beach, trails, and dock of Heritage Springs, but will not have access to a permanent boat slip. Two day-use slips will be available to the residents of Heritage Springs and their guests.

What lots are available in phase 1?
Phase one will consist of two Traditional Lake Lots and eight Off-Shore Lots with boat slips.

When will future lots be available?
Phase II lots will be available late 2005 or early 2006. Phase II will consist of five Traditional Lake Lots. No date has yet been determined for Phrase III, but it will consist of six Off-Shore Lots with no boat slip.
